Standing at 6'3'' and weighing roughly 170 lbs, I don't currently take any medication and have never smoked. A couple of weeks ago, on a Thursday, I began experiencing a sore throat. That evening, I accidentally bumped my head against the garage, but I felt completely fine afterward and continued with my normal work routine. I took some medicine that night for my sore throat, which eventually improved. However, since last Tuesday, I've been struggling with persistent, sharp headaches that have now continued for an entire week. Additionally, last Friday, I noticed a strange, large black substance in my ear. My left ear seems a bit swollen and has impacted my hearing on that side. My headaches persist, and I feel fatigued much of the time. I also find that walking feels like an effort, and I tend to sweat excessively during it. I visited an urgent care facility where they provided me with Tylenol and Advil, but unfortunately, my symptoms haven't improved, and the headaches remain strong.
