I'm a 26-year-old guy experiencing ongoing nausea since Sunday. I haven’t actually vomited, but just a few hours ago, after taking a walk, the urge to get sick has intensified since returning home. I’ve attempted to rest on my stomach, yet I’m met with a burning sensation in my arms and the nape of my neck. I do not have a fever, and aside from the nausea and discomfort in my limbs, I’m not facing any other issues. I'm quite anxious that it could be stomach cancer. Is that a possibility at my age?
