I’m currently not taking any medications. A few weeks ago, I discontinued my use of spironolactone. Last night, I experienced a mild discomfort in my chest, which felt somewhat like gas pain or cramping, located on my left side. This sensation is situated quite close to where I believe my heart is located—right underneath my left breast and slightly towards my side, almost near my armpit, but not exactly there.
