Here’s a list of the symptoms I’m experiencing: • Exhaustion • Intermittent discomfort in my left arm accompanied by swelling in my hand • Tenderness and sharp sensations in the mid-left area of my chest • Shooting pain radiating from my left collarbone to my head, with ear discomfort (though my ears appear to be clear) • General muscle spasms and joint aches throughout my body • Swollen lymph nodes on the left side • Occasional eye twitching • Frequent esophageal spasms — I experience a loud screeching or squeaking sound (similar to a harsh hiccup) at least five times daily • A popping sensation around my throat area when swallowing, often accompanied by a metallic taste in my mouth • Urgent bathroom trips immediately after eating or drinking • If I drink too much water, I risk having accidents; if I don’t hydrate enough, I nearly faint.
