For the last eight months, I've been constructing a garden room and took advantage of that weekend to install the rubber roofing. This involved significant physical effort, especially carrying the heavy roofing material onto the roof and bending over the edges to secure fascias and trims. During this process, I experienced some discomfort in my lower ribs. I assumed it was just a minor strain at the time, and my back felt fine. From Monday to Friday last week, the pain was only a slight irritant. However, over the weekend, my family and I went out for a day filled with activities, including shopping and an adventure-themed mini-golf. We did a lot of walking and standing, and by the end of the day, I noticed an increase in rib pain alongside a persistent throbbing in my middle back, which has become quite bothersome.
